20 Minute No Equipment HIIT Workout

I often get questioned on where to start when it comes to workouts. Along with what’s the best ways to start as a beginner.

And the first thing you need to know is that there is no one great way to get started. I’ve talked a lot about the best ways to get started as a beginner in the gym. But some people just aren’t ready for that type of exposure, or can’t afford a gym membership yet.

Whatever the reason, it’s been getting me excited about creating 20 minute workouts. I love 20 minute workouts because these workouts are simple and effective, which is perfect for a beginner who just wants to get active.

HIIT workouts are especially fun because they get your heart rate up and get you moving in ways that just doing cardio or lifting weights doesn’t. I usually love to do workouts like these at home. That way I don’t have to worry about having fancy equipment or making a trip to the gym.

To get the most out of these 20 minute workouts that I create, especially the HIIT workout, you should really work hard and try and get all of the exercises done in 7 – 9 minutes. Then you can take a 1 – 3 minute break right after and start again.

With this HIIT workout you should be able to get 2 rounds done in 20 minutes or less, but if you have more time on your hands definitely try to do 3 or 4 really good rounds. If you’re interested in other 20 minute workouts, check them out here.
